Philosophy - I view counseling as a way to better externalize how things interact with your mind, body and wellbeing. I strongly focus on how Attachment within our family systems imprints on who we are and how we interact with the world around us and the people we love. I try to work within the space in which you are ready and eliminate the power dynamic that sometimes can be present when feeling the need for help. I feel that therapy can be empowering and incredibly clarifying as you navigate your intrinsic motivation and self worth.
